- -Primary builder across the inbox/CRM, automation flows, social analytics & reporting, signup/billing, and settings on a PHP MVC + MySQL + Redis + OpenSearch + AWS platform.
- -Independently operate two production Python 3.12 services on AWS — a VPC Lambda (Terraform-managed daily cron) and a Dockerized Flask service on ECS Fargate running every 5 minutes.
- -Diagnosed a large batch of corrupt OpenSearch documents producing inflated engagement-rate calculations; designed a targeted data-integrity guard (likes ≤ reach) across four analytics modules instead of re-ingesting upstream.
